It seems like they have practically figured out how to beat cancer with nutrition.

I get plenty of quercetin each day because I make a daily smoothie made with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries plus a banana. I also take 5,000 units of Vitamin D and one or two Melatonin tablets each day. They, too, are supposed to help prevent COVID. I have not been vaxxed because I have a clotting disorder and I've had a heart attack. My primary care provider said the mRNA vaccines were all high risk for me even at the age of 71. . . .

I'm almost 72 and have a wonky aortic valve and a small aneurysm at the base of my aorta. I've also got service-connected arthritis and an interesting eye disorder. My regimen includes a comprehensive vitamin-mineral supplement, Ubiquonol (a form of CoQ-10), Quercetin, R-Fraction Alpha Lipoic Acid, Chromium Picolinate, Zinc Picolinate, Milk Thistle, Chondroiitin and Glucosamine, and big doses of Vitamin C and Vitamin D3.

Its rough, I had previously told you guys about the lady at work who had COVID in March, and got it again in November. And the other lady at work who got vaccinated, was just coming up to her being eligible for a booster, and got it. My niece is a PA, she works in NJ at an Urgent Care. She visited us Sunday, and told us when she comes to work in the AM to open, there are about 60 people in line, and 59 of them have COVID. She got COVID last October, got vaccinated in March, got her booster shot in September. She called us Tuesday, she started feeling sick Monday, got tested, and she has it again. So far, none of us got it, its ironic because her mother, my sister insisted we had to wear masks if she visited, and we said no. We all are vaccinated and whats the point if we fear contact with people. I am not anti mask, I wear them to go into customers homes for my job, but I took an experimental vaccine 3 times to be able to live somewhat of a normal life. If I am afraid to be around people still, what was the point. So far, I feel I have been lucky, I didn't get if from my wife when she got in it March, after only my first Pfizer shot, and I didn't get it when 5 people I work with every day got it, even though they were coming into my office to go over things all the time as part of our jobs. At this point, with my niece being the prime example, nothing is going to keep you safe, unless you move into one of those prepper buildings they used to show on Discovery and stop all contact with the human race. No one can take more care than my niece does each day, and she still go it twice. Neither natural immunity, nor vaccines and boosters are going to keep you from getting COVID 100%. If my luck runs out and I get it and die, I guess some people I see on here will rejoice in my death as I see them do all the time posting articles about people who die who didn't follow their rules. Its the sick society we have become.

I still wear my mask because I do not have a problem adapting where it is not putting physical challenges in the mix.
