The Prime Minister of Samoa has placed the small Pacific nation into a 48-hour lockdown after 15 passengers on a flight from Australia tested positive for COVID-19.
The infected passengers were among 73 who arrived from Brisbane on Wednesday.

Clearly they were using a different test or different standards if all 73 tested negative and then 15 of those people tested positive just a few hours later.
I wonder which tests Australia and Samoa were each using.

I wonder which test is used anywhere! There are too many conflicting test results to satisfy me. And the test can be abrogated as soon as you engage in human contact!
