The Constitution has a device within it's bounds allowing change. There are those among the citizens who don't think this process needs to be followed. I'm thinking Justice Kavanaugh is referring to the amendment process. And it goes without saying, who would place a loaded firearm next to a sleeping baby in the child's crib, etc.

No right we have is unlimited so that shouldn't be a surprise. We're not allowed to buy an M1 Abrams to cruise around with (even if we could afford it). :D
