No, SCOTUS ruling does not overturn all state restrictions on concealed carry

Here's a thought. You know who won't be going to the office to apply for a permit? Bad Guys, they'll still break the law concerning carrying a handgun because that's what they do. But, now there'll be more citizens carrying legally, severely limiting the Bad Guys chances of finding a soft target.

That's only going to happen, EVENTUALLY; but already, restrictive states are planning to declare many or most areas as "special restriction" areas.

Why should we expect those "may issue" states, a minority to the 25 "Constitutional carry" and over 40 "shall issue" states, to wake up to what the 2nd Amendment means?
They will continue to drag their feet, expand their bureaucratic "requirements", and increase the cost in money and effort of every CCW applicant.
SCOTUS has more work ahead of it, and I hope they are prepared to hear more 2nd Amendment cases.
