I don’t think it’s a bad ruling as long as they continue to do so without forcing kids into praying with them and also open the 50 yard line up to prayers from all other religions.

PO1 Robert Payne - Oh, I suspect we will find some takers. Particularly Muslims and other non Christian religions but I suspect others would be willing to take on the ST's mantle.

1. Kids were never forced to pray with the coach, nor should they be.
2. If a coach who practices another religion wants to pray, have at it. If they pray to a satanic temple, have at it. If the kids want to pray with them, let them. If they choose to quit the team because they don't like the conduct of coach and what they choose to follow, let them. If the parents feel the coach is not a good role model to their kid, they have the choice to remove their kid from the team.

This was a great call by the SCOTUS.
