The illegals cannot get a tax refund because they have no legal SSN. That's assuming the payment isn't in cash. In most cases the illegal aliens get paid entirely in cash and operate with postal money orders to pay bills. They also use "giros postales" to send money home to their families. Many illegal aliens use stolen SSN identities because they have no other way to function in an economy that requires identification for most everything. And that ID requirement is a VERY good thing, or otherwise more illegal aliens would be illegally voting in our elections. If their tax situation or illegal status costs them money, well that is good. Since they shouldn't be here in the first place, they have no right to demand anything.
Understand, I have absolutely no issue with legal immigration. Do it the right way, and come on in. I also believe we need a program to enable and control the entry and exit of seasonal laborers. Problem is now there is no enforcement of existing immigration law and we're drowning in illegal aliens (11+ million) who never leave. Many of them also use our emergency rooms and pay little or nothing. Our emergency medical capabilities are close to collapse because so many people show up to demand free treatment for routine medical issues. That is wrong and must stop.

I entirely understand your proposal. I simply disagree with your ideas. Citizenship is not something to be granted to illegal aliens who break the law to enter the country. We don't reward people for breaking the law. I'm not a Trump supporter, I'm a conservative who doesn't buy into Global Socialism.
