It didn't take a genius to see that G-RAP,, and AR-RAP was going to be scammed. I stayed as far away from it as I could during the time it was In place. I was ordered to sign up for it. I did not.

Bottom line is a GO did sign and authorize the program and allocation of funds. Scamming was to be expected, sorry but it was.
BLUF: what they spent vs total enlistments fraud and all was way lower and mote effective than the outrageous bonuses being offered today. CID conducted a childish halfassed investigation and lots of Joes are still affected today without being charged…..meanwhile the GO that authorized the program seemingly skates.
