Earlier today I posted a song by the Ventures titled "Wipe-Out" and many of you seemed to like it... I was Venture lover back in the 1960's and their songs were always on my mind... I bring you now, another of their great song's and this one titled "Walk Don't Run"!!!

The first hit record, Walk don't Run" from the Ventures the drummer was a 17 year old High School kid named George Babbitt but as they ended up playing at bars etc. He couldn't participate because of His young age and they got another drummer. George Babbitt though did later entered the US Air Force and reached the rank of a Four Star General. At one point He was actually in My chain of Command. In 1998 He made an appearance with the Ventures playing at Midland, Texas in His Air Force uniform and played the drums on a performance of His old group the Ventures in Walk Don't run.
