John Parsons Wheeler III is featured on Unsolved Mysteries.

He was found dead in the dump in Delaware. He was a West Point graduate, served in Vietnam and got out at the rank of Captain, went to Harvard Law school, served working with the assistant Secretary of the Air Force and other important positions.
