I'm shocked. No, wait, I'm not. The data is corrupted? Funny how the geofencing data set or wasn't for those arrested for being near, at, or in the Capitol building on January 6th.

There's only one reason for the FBI not being able to find the supposed pipe bomber. He/she did their act under the cover of darkness. AG Garland said the FBI has problems finding possible criminals during the hours of limited visibility. This just proves he was correct. ///Sarcasm off///

IMO, the FBI doesn't want to 'find' this person because they already know who it is, and they are a CI for them. Bad for business, you know. Do I have any evidence? Nope, but it's as good as any explanation for their inability to find them.

Wow inert bombs with one hour timers. The will mess up the FBI's ability to charge them for a terrorist bombing. Or worse if the happen to be conservative...... lol. Thanks for the share MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D.

I think the key obstacle is them Brother Dale. The person made a phone call from where they were placing one of the bombs. How hard is that to trace?
