Judge Drops Case Against New Hampshire Man Charged For Not Having Massachusetts Carry License

This one is kind of important as it applies to State's Reciprocity Laws. It may not look like much on the face of it, but it's a big precedent. How many of us have heard about someone just driving through a State to go somewhere else and were then arrested because they had a gun in the vehicle somewhere. The precedent set in this case, is the beginning, of the end, of that scenario.
