Four Eighth Circuit Judges Argue That Felons Don't Categorically Lose Second Amendment Rights

Felon in Possession. I can't believe that there would be anybody that doesn't have an opinion, one way or the other. The Federal judiciary is starting to look into it more closely, and are reversing the trend of disarmament. I don't know about you folks, but I have a couple of friends that are "Felons" because of stupid mistakes. They have never done any violence. I wouldn't be concerned in the least if they were carrying in my presence. but that's my opinion.
