An airstrike at Gaza hospital kills hundreds

An air strike has hit the al-Ahli hospital in Gaza City where thousands were seeking safety and treatment.
Hamas has blamed an Israeli airstrike, while the Israeli military said the hospital was hit by a rocket fired by Palestinian militants. The health ministry said at least 500 people had been killed.
Hundreds of Palestinians had taken refuge in al-Ahli, other hospitals, and United Nations buildings in Gaza City, hoping they would be spared bombardment after Israel ordered all residents of the city and surrounding areas to evacuate to the southern Gaza Strip.
The attack came as U.S. President Joe Biden left for the region to show support for Israel and try to prevent the war from spreading. In protest over the purported airstrike, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas canceled his participation in a meeting with Biden, Jordan’s King Abdullah II, and Egypt’s president set for Wednesday in Amman, Jordan.
The attack spurred protests in Ramallah in the Occupied West Bank and condemnation. Egypt’s foreign minister said that Cairo considers this “deliberate bombing of civilians to be a serious violation of international, humanitarian law and of the most basic values of humanity.”

What they failed to mention is that the cowards (Hamas) has taken refuge in civilian locations in order to be shielded from bombing. What about the crap that Hamas did to babies? Women and children? No mercy.

It seems actually it was a missile from Hamas and video actually confirms that. It sadly also reminded Me of the first rocket attack I endured my first work night at Da Nang, Vietnam in 1968. I was passenger in a jeep while I was being shown the location of perimeter posts I would be working. We leaped off the jeep into a bunker We were visiting and had explosions all around us but also a hospital I'd guess was 1/4 mile from us was hit with three rockets and a lot of people there were killed. I saw all three rockets hit the civilian hospital which was just outside the base fence line. I couldn't see the building clearly due to trees between me and the Hospital building but could see the roof where they had hit. Despite rockets also falling around us none of us got hurt thanks to the bunker We jumped into. That was the first of six rocket attach I endured on that overnight shift the last being 6:10 AM which was only 10 rockets. One of the guys I was with said, "That Charlie telling us He is still there.
We endured rocket attacks every night until midweek the next week also My firs experience in a ground attack on our perimeter of 350 Viet Cong. That followed a rocket attack. That was the first time (and not the last) I'd even seen a AC47 "Spooky" (some other units called "Puff the Magic Dragon" within 10 minute kill all 350 Viet cong. there were bullets from the gunship hitting within 100 feet of where I was located. We had and M60 on the post and each of us had M16s but never had to fire a shot thanks to that gunship. each of the three guns located in the back three windows of the aircraft had six barrels on it and such a rapid rate of fire You heard a loud hum and not individual shots) Well that started My first two week there I figured out quickly why Da Nang was called rocket city. Its not good seeing the attacks by Hamas on Israel which does remind Me of some of My own experience. Neither our rockets or their missiles are very accurate but whoever is where it lands may well be killed. The rockets we were hit with also often came from a good 22 miles away.

I hear you Brother Lawrence about "Puff" working out. When we called him in it looked like molten lava pouring down from the sky. I'd hate to be on the ground with something like that firing.
