The Air Force is offering up to $600,000 in bonuses to keep pilots

Guess they are more valuable than we were back in the day. The bonus was a max of $16,000 at the time and I was to senior to qualify.

I guess all the pilots they let go for not getting their covid shots aren't coming back I take it Brother Dale.

Well, this tells me things are much worse than I thought. When you have to offer up to that much to keep someone in, there is a dumpster fire in leadership.
