I've Seen The Video History On This One. In Fact A Few Times Over.
And From What I've Seen, The Kid's Guilty Of Strong-Arming The Two Victims,
And Using Illegal Tactics Of Defense......I Say "Jail That Little SOB & Sue The City For MILLIONS".
