A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney - oh great, so before we had say 10% of the population committing crimes, now we have 2.5% of the illegals, added to the American population. Well that is just wonderful. Oh thank God it wasn’t a citizen that raped and killed my daughter or was DUI and ran into and killed granny.

Laws Are Made By Man, In Hopes Of Making Things Better; But If They Don't Work As Planned, They're Changed; And That's A Common Practice.....
In Addition, If You've Ever Actually LIVED Over Seas, You'd Have Noticed Their People Are Commonly BETTER EDUCATED Than We, Have More Skills And And Valuable Knowledge To ADD To Our Ranks Of The Employed, Not Detract .....MUCH Better Educated Than WE
~~ Been THERE, Done THAT~~ I Was An Employee Of Our Schools For Over 13 YEARS; And I've SEEN Our Education In Progress ~~ IF We Have The Balls To Actually Call It "Progress" ~ Because It "AIN'T"..... Ask An American Teacher What They See Happening With Our Education ~~ THEN Buckle-Up.. It's Gonna Be a Rough Ride.

A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney - His insurance did pay fo rit...I SAY AGAIN HIS INSURANCE not theirs...and that drove his premiums up because of a claim. I am married to a teacher and my mother was a teacher/principal...I fully understand the woes and frustrations of our current education process. People from overseas may be better educated but those are the ones that actually get to go to their schools...I would venture to say that (my opinion) most of the ones coming across the border (this millions under Bidens reign) are not well educated at all.

Interesting response from Brown, considering the duty to guard the nation is in the name; National Guard. However, Brown wasn't chosen for her intelligence or merit. So, I guess a statement like, the National Guard shouldn't guard the nation when the Federal Government is apposed, shouldn't be much of a surprise coming from her. It also shows she has no understanding of the "Dual Role" of the Guard. They don't just answer to the Federal Government. Some how she doesn't know the Governor's and State's also have command and control of their National Guard Forces. Just what we need, more ignorance in the Judicial Branch. But, what's to be expected from a Diversity rather than Merit appointee.

Yep...this was a state call up under Title 32 and under Tx's funding and authority. THe governor has the right and the responsibility to protect his/her state under that authority and use NG troops to do so. They are not under Title 10 and not under federal orders so they do not fall under Federal authority. However they are not only guarding Texas, they are guarding the nations borders. I like the move using them for this mission.

Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth Yup, It sad a so called Federal Judge does not understand title 10 versus title 32, and a states right to use its Guard forces under title 32. But then again she does not know the legal definition of a woman either. Give me a qualified hire, no matter their race, over diversity higher any day!!
