Hawaii's Supreme Court insists there is no individual right to arms

Most Hawaiians don't know about the Constitution, much less care about it. It should not take another court case about Hawaii's disregard of the decisions going all the way to the Supreme Court in order to rectify this.

This state celebrates a King's victory where he pushed islanders who defended their land and not wanting unification off a cliff. If that reason enough for a Second Amendment in this state, I don't know of a more compelling one.

It is a shame when state courts reject SCOTUS rulings.

Should have let Japan have it.
