The most you can do is make a lasting statement. Almost no impeachments will be upheld by the Senate regardless of who is in office. The Democrats weaponized the impeachment process with Trump to show their dislike of him. It didn't remove him from office or change his policies, but he will go down in history as having been impeached. That is about all you can do with Biden and Mayorkas.
