Well, this link connects to a blog about three movies interpreting American culture. Adjacent is the video of Victor Davis Hanson opining that Biden is the most radical President in history. The headline relates to neither (typical for headlines that serve as clickbait). I would happily respond to all three.
1. Americans are voting with their money for movies that Hollywood isn't producing. American box office receipts are no match for foreign investment. I like to think of it as our enemies sending back money that we gave them.
2. Biden is not the most radical President in American history. He is simply the dumbest. I'm not certain that he is being manipulated by a puppet master or if American is simply on autopilot and the autopilot is broken.
3. Clickbait is annoying. And if the Democratic Left is Anti-Democratic, I'm down with'em. Don't like democracy and don't want any part of it.

Not at all what I saw. I see Victor's commentary interspersed with ads, and with the reader view plugin I don't see anything but the text of His commentary.

I don't know if it's pertinent but I really like your #2 observation. I recall when he was running in the primary against Obama even the Democrats said it.
