This case comes from PA 3rd circuit Fed Appeals Court found for the 18-20 yr olds and denied a rehearing En Banc. PA can appeal to SCOTUS, but for now they have to abide by the constitution and 2nd Amendment.

This is a win. But I'll bet Pennsylvania won't change a thing. Biden hasn't followed Supreme Court rulings. New York hasn't. Hawaii sure as hell hasnt but they have the spirit of aloha. Why would Pennsylvania be the exception?
If the past few years has taught me anything, it's that USSC rulings are only worth the paper they're printed on if the government wants to follow the rulings. If they dont, nothing happens. There are zero repercussions.
