This article tries to make the trumpet administration look bad.
Let's review some recent history under broke back Biden.
1. President Biden had AG Garland not arrest radicals taunting, insulting and disturbing the homes of Supreme Cout Justices. The US Marshalls could not enforce 18 U.S. Code § 1503 - Influencing or injuring officer or juror generally. This criminal act involves jail time and severe fines. The Brokeback Biden Administration catered to Antifa and BLM radical elements.
2. The same government imprisoned senior citizens praying in front of abortion clinics. President trump pardon or committed their sentences. Broke back Biden and the double- standard of being a scofflaw leftist Administration.
The article in this story talks about the palestinian student being deported from the USA for Harassing israeli or jewish students and taking over buildings.
This has nothing to do with the rights of radicals.
The movie Armaggedon made fun of the Eco-fanatics. Greenpeace says nothing about China building 2 Coal-Fired powerplants a week or China and India being given until 2060 to comply with Greenhouse Gas reductions because they are excluded as ',developing countries'.
On Wednesday a North Dakota jury ruled that three Greenpeace entities collectively must pay Energy Transfer, which was co-founded by a prominent Trump donor, more than $660m, deciding that the organizations were liable for defamation and other claims after a five-week trial in Mandan, near where the Dakota Access pipeline protests occurred in 2016 and 2017.
“This verdict will embolden other energy companies to take legal action against protesters who physically block their projects,” said Michael Gerrard, the founder and faculty director of the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School.
“It will chill those kinds of protests; whether the chilling goes beyond that remains to be seen. It won’t inhibit litigation against fossil fuel projects; we will surely see more of those as the Trump administration advances its ‘drill, baby, drill’ agenda.”

Greenpeace loss will embolden big oil and gas to pursue protestors. GOOD!!!
I respect those who engage in civil disobedience when the stakes are real. But the civil disobedient in America have been coddled by the courts for some time. They face less inconvenience in their lives than they cause.
Civil disobedience should meet the metric that people are willing to go to jail with significant incarceration times and substantial fines. Those who don't have that level of commitment are dilettantes. I don't respect dilletantes.
I respect those who engage in civil disobedience when the stakes are real. But the civil disobedient in America have been coddled by the courts for some time. They face less inconvenience in their lives than they cause.
