As a retired safety and health consultant, I can almost assure some one will find a way to crash it.

Capt (Join to see) , just go find a private. That's the ultimate challenge for technology and/or new gear.

Capt (Join to see) - Only if it has a nav system. Privates are harder on gear, LTs are afraid...

Not the rider you worry about... it's the other drivers. And the bugs moving at "relatively 80mph."

Anyone who has taken a bug to the face at 80mph knows they sting like a mofo.

When I rode.. 1) I had a piece of plywoode fly off a truck off and almost hit me. 2) I was rearended ON BASE at a redlight (totalled my bike). 3) I've been cut off numerous times 4) cleaned countless bugs off my gear.

Love the idea... but we don't wear helmets just for ourselves.

I got hit by a bird once, I was surprised at how solid it was!

Ahh that peaceful ride in the country...wind in our hair...fresh air...interesting stops...the fields covered in manure...the farmer's tractor taking up the whole road for 5 miles...no turn offs in sight...no farmers daughters out and about...and....the big nasty BUG we just swallowed! But we love it!!! 8-))

Hard to believe.

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
