This is so terrible making it dangerous experience to have at any public gathering. What should have been a happy event turned into such a horrible situation. It's getting so it just not even safe to be out a public events or crowded places. The people arrest in this case also had criminal records including at least one out on bail for a Court appearance only two days prior. Another problem with known criminals not being handled properly by the Courts and allowed to run freely and continue to make victims of the public.
