America Is Living James Madison’s Nightmare

Some few have complained that I never miss an opportunity to correct their use of the word "democracy". Well, there's a reason for what I do. The Left (and all other demagogues) have traditionally altered the meaning of words to help obfuscate their agenda. "Democracy" seems nice enough, so they use the word to hide the true meaning of what they are saying. For example, failing to lure Americans into the grip of socialism, they use "democracy" as an adjective to soften it as in "Democratic Socialism". They lure us away from our true form of government with usages of "democracy" by defining "republic" as a "representative democracy". Once we get used to these usages, they can drop the adjectives and we find ourselves pursuing democracy and socialism. Don't think they can do it? Just look at what they did with the term "liberal". "Liberal" used to mean love of liberty. The Left is striving constantly to replace individual liberty with them taking control of everything. Words matter...
