This has to be a joke, its the car You don't see that will kill you ! Oh, I didn't see Him coming, someone that's in such a rush to go through a red light chance are pretty good they didn't take a very good look either. After 40 years of full time Law Enforcement I've heard them with the excuse " well I didn't see anyone coming " when i was investigating accidents that they pulled in front of another vehicle. This in My opinion is stupid and dangerous piece of Legislation and if passed will result in serious injured and even death in many cases. I've seen the result of people that think they can make it through red lights, most the time they don't without a motor Vehicle accident. !

Some states allow motorcycles to do this. Its because the sensors are like metal detectors and if you wanted some to pick up the metal on a lot of MC's you would have to pay it down on top of the sensor.
