Seems that it will take up space better occupied with ammo, etc. Also, may be fine for fighting where there are open fields of fire (deserts, etc) but I wouldn't want to navigate brush and jungle wearing this thing

Agreed. Looks problematic when dropping into the prone.

Ha I saw this a while back, just way too absurd for me. Back in my day we held our rifles ourselves... now there may be non combat applications this would assist with, particularly those of a social matter but certainly don't need this in a combat zone.

How did you check Facebook and post to Instragram while holding said rifles?

SGT Dave Tracy - I know it was nuts, all my friends were dragging theirs in the dirt and were like "cmon willis its so much easier!" but I was like "nope". Lot of in depth convos were held...

Gee, I didn't realize that the M4 was all that heavy. Maybe more pushups and pull ups are needed.

As an infantrymen for 12 years this in my opinion is another way for the government to waste money. I’ve seen things come and go over the years and this is one of them. If it’s not made of titanium it’s gonna end up on someone’s inventory of useless crap that will take forever to turn in.
