This is as bad those that put needles in Halloween candy, or lace the food with narcotics.

When we were kids there was a person or persons in our small hometown who put stick pins and razor blades in our apples and popcorn balls during Halloween. They never did find the person responsible but it did stop after few years. Perhaps they died?
