First off, "keeping up" with THIS Jones ain't such a towering accomplishment!!! Now, the real point is this: The home I live in, the vehicles that I drive, the land I own... it's not mine. It ALL belongs to God. He's just letting me use it for a short time. Praise His Holy Name!!!

Someone told me when I was young:
If you have to get drunk to have fun, you’re not having fun, you’re just getting too drunk to remember how little fun you had.

In many ways I have been blessed. I had a major motorcycle wreck in 1998, that triggered my underinsured coverage, the other driver was at fault. I paid off my house and bought a new car. When I moved I paid cash for my new house.
I have a frugal wife and we put money away over the past 51 years together.we both receive social security and retirement payments. No we are not rich in the monetary sense, but we are comfortable. The Lord has been good to us over all these years.

Actually not anymore PO3 Edward Riddle. My right leg was shattered and ended up with an 11 degree deformity. It finally wore out the knee and had a replacement done. Two years later the left knee was worn out and had it replaced. Haven’t had an issue with either one since, knock on wood!

Sounds good to me Brother Bob!! I'm so sorry you had to endure all that pain, but it sounds like his insurance helped you out a little bit!!
