I think there is an enormous financial potential in cannabis. I must say that I don't think that cannabis is without potential harm. Unfortunately some people who begin by using cannabis move on to other more harmful things. But I also note that alcohol and other known harmful chemicals are already being legally sold, in some cases by government agencies. And there are legitimate uses for cannabis, especially in treating cancer and relieving pain. So, my libertarian instincts tell me that we should allow each individual to determine what to put into one's own body. Yes, the Canadian cannabis stocks, especially Tilray and Canopy Growth, have had a strange week. But many of the world's alcohol producers are looking to acquire these same companies because of the perceived potential of cannabis-laced beverages as a competitor for alcoholic beverages. So, knowing the instability of this market, buyer beware, but there could be large profits ahead, especially since the global trend seems to be toward decriminalization of marijuana. Note please that I do not agree with this, but I must respond to facts, not feelings.

I see stories of restaurants in California that offer pot and Alcohol with dinner. Freedom has its price. I have dumb and dumber step kids that drink, smoke cigs and they did a lot of pot in their past and maybe in their present. Some will not be affected but I have 2 step kids that already gave my wife an aneurysm already, honestly its true, she survived but the 21 and 22-year-old knucklehead stepdaughters only care about music, staying up all night and sleeping all day, their cigs and their next welfare check. This is in dumb and dumber Canada that I live in.

Unfortunately, there are huge warehouses of hydroponic pot Farms growing within walking distance of the Edmonton International Airport. Canada already has no curfew for teenagers and the results of data than when my stepdaughters are going to wait from home and go hang out with other potheads, they became potheads themselves and they both ended up being high school dropouts. Both of them are now on welfare. I know pot is probably okay for those 25 and over. In Canada, I think it's 18 and over starting in October. So the same country that pays terrorist mister Khadr 10.5 million dollars because he was waterboarded by the Americans, even though he killed an American and blind another American Soldier, will legalize pot in all the provinces beginning in October. Most police departments do not have the means to do the saliva test yet either. This is the progressive Pandora's Box. Legalize pot, no curfew for children running amok, and free welfare for those who stay up all night and sleep all day and who convinced orc on a caseworker to give the money which ends up being used for buying cigarettes and booze instead of as an emergency amount of money to get themselves squared away back in life. It is a sad situation and I have to deal with one pothead who only has a 9th-grade education on almost a daily basis. My wife is trying to get her out of the house but like many druggies, they just take advantage of us. I am not the father so I can't kick her out. Pot for teenagers means a zombie generation of degenerates.
