Charles Darwin’s hunch about early life was probably right

Very interesting. I knew a great deal about his "Origin of Species", but nothing about his letter. That simply adds to my amazement of his work. On a slightly different vein, my Father once proposed in a discussion with me about 56 years ago that cars should have front wheel drive to avoid the axle hump in the car and reduce the weight for better mileage. He got as much out of that as Darwin got out of his idea
