Thanks for reminding us TSgt Joe C. that on November 21, 1975 a U.S. Senate committed issues a report charging that U.S. government officials were behind assassination plots against two foreign leaders and were heavily involved in at least three other plots.
Yes, former POTUS JFK backed away support for South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem just before JFK was assassinated on November 22, 1963.
South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem and his brother Ngô Đình Nhu were assassinated on November 2, 1963 by Nguyễn Văn Nhung, the aide of the leader of the Army of Republic of Vietnam (ARVN), General Dương Văn Minh.
