I'm all for everyone having the ability and good sense to carry. I do have an observation though. When the Constitution was ratified, which includes the "Bill of Rights", ayoung boy was not just handed a gun and left to his own devices. There was always a Father Figure to train him on safety and use. It was a "No Brainer" to the Founders. As such it wasn't included with the Right to Carry. Constitutional Carry Laws shouldn't be needed, but they are because there are people that don't want you able to protect yourself. I feel a training regime should be included.
