Hmmm... He is a prohibited person and he lied on ATF Form 4473 in an unsuccessful attempt to obtain an illegal firearm. That happens to be exactly the same crime that Hunter Biden successfully committed.
Anyone want to bet that this guy does not get the same free pass that Hunter just got.
