It is a huge problem. The natives didn't get drunk in such a manner until the Europeans began supplying the liquor, and then many American "diplomats" and soldiers would give it to them with certain herbs that made it more addicting. After a while it didn't matter they were hooked and it ruined lives, it still does in areas where the liquor is supplied to the down trodden ones that feel very poorly treated. Yes this is a problem, and yes it needs to be dealt with, but how. We tried to ban alcohol and that didn't work, some reservations have laws against it, but the ones hooked on it find a way to get it. We may need to make help for those that are hooked more available and take the drunks to a special facility that is attached to a hospital (there are the ones for mental patients that have unused wings) and detox them while helping to teach them better alternatives. This may be some of what is causing some of the problems with the minorities that are unable to control themselves, as well as the many whites that have joined in. In Charolette there is video evidence that many of the windows were broken by white participants and not blacks, but the media does not want you to know that! That program I mentioned can be for all drunkards and will help everyone out in the end.

LTC (Join to see), We've had major riots since the '60's. I was at one in 1967. None of those protesters were drunk. They were thieves and murderers. A lot of innocent African Americans were killed in that five day riot. They were shot down like dogs, and left to die. I will say some of the protesters brought it on themselves. There were sniper shootings by the rioters, they burned down anything they could, and the even the African American business owners didn't stand a chance. They had signs on their business that told the rioters they were African Americans. It didn't matter. Their business was broken into and burned to the ground. Back then, African Americans were guilty before innocent, and many of them didn't make it to a trial. I've talked about the three teenagers murdered by the Police Chief and two patrolmen.
I can't tell that there's been many advancements in how the African Americans are treated. They have to fight for their rights constantly. Still, if the stats were looked at, more whites have been killed by police than African Americans. I never see any protesters or riots over that. I guess they're guilty right off the bat, and that's how it is. I don't know how many of them were innocent or had weapons, that made the police kill them. It's really never discussed that much. But, we all know every African American carries a weapon, and will kill you on the spot. That's about as far fetched as saying every white man carries a weapon. It just seems to me more African Americans are assumed they have a weapon, and the police treat them different when stopped. I'm proably pissing a lot of members off right now, but if the truth pisses them off, they don't want to understand the real problem.

Alcohol, drugs and lack of sleep caused by both can certainly be factors in rioting LTC (Join to see). Professional agitators tend to be involved in the riots of the past couple of years. They tend to be externally funded and most likely have been trained to incite others especially those drunk or high. Before the 2008 re-election of POTUS Obama Occupy Wall Street went about agitating and other mayhem within their camps. After 2008 other groups like Black Lives Matter, New Black Panthers, etc. reared their heads. Some people seem to be genuinely interested but many of them seem to be anti-whatever but usually they are against the police and peaceful and peace-loving community groups that want to resolve issues non-violently.
