I looked carefully and was surprised to find that no one had yet posted this. I was going to respond with a meme of exploding heads. However, I am now limited to simply saying how delighted I am that for the first time in decades, I had the pleasure of listening to a President speaking for me, saying the things I have longed to hear said to the assembled United Nations. For those who are going to jump all over this, deal with it. You have had Presidents speaking for you in the past. It's our turn now...

Better to show a strong unwavering approach to protecting our own citizens than to bow down, apologize and further demonstrate weakness towards evil. Appeasement never works and offering a group hug and flexible surrender to those whop would stab you in the back in a New York minute has NEVER worked and will never be a foreign policy

Excellent speech! Loved it. I wish he would be this forceful with the mayors, governors, and circuit court judges who choose to openly refuse to follow the US Constitution.

Like the president being charged with taking care that the laws are faithfully executed? Like the president being responsible for the national defense? What exactly are you referring to? Or should I just expect some ad hominem attacks?

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - Exactly. That is what President Trump did with regards to immigration-- put the issue back where it belongs: with Congress. Obama legislated (many times unconstitutionally) with his pen and phone. Were you outraged then?

I heartily echo your sentiments, sir. I thought his speech nailed it for the millions of Jack and Jane Does in this country. I'm liking this guy more and more.
