The best of all Mosin Nagants. No Finnish Mosin-Nagants have finnish receivers, they are all from other countries, mostly from Russia, but also from France, Westinghouse, and Remington. What a lot of people don't realize is that many of the FInnish rifles are not 7.62 x 54R (.311), but rather 7.62 x 53R (.309) caliber. The fins did this as 53R has no accuracy in a 54R chamber.
