Fire Kills 14 Russian Sailors amid Submarine Speculation

I wouldn't want to have been on the Submarine, that disaster could have been much worse... The Russians have had numerous problems with their subs and aircraft carriers over the years... My guess is poor quality control during the manufacture or build cycles... What say you PO1 Tony Holland???
