Of course they are...amazing how their memories are working now...kind of like that woman (Christine Blasey Ford) that "accused" Justice Kavanaugh. Remember she came out of the woodwork when he was nominated...not before when he was clerking or working in other areas...also remember she was certain it was him until she was put on the hot seat and then all of the sudden she didn't remember that well and her documents were proven to be falsified. Same here...can't get Jim Jordan on anything else so lets pull up something from 40 years ago and hope it sticks. If we are wrong well we will just apologize and hide it...Whatever!!!

PFC Ray Aquila Ah, you're the equivalent of a 'seminar caller', aren't you?
First, Roe v Wade wasn't the "law of the land". It was a Supreme Court ruling. It was never a law duly enacted by Congress and signed into law by a president.
As a ruling by the Supreme Court, it was subject to being overturned by another Supreme Court precedent, just as Plessy v. Ferguson was.
But do carry on with your histrionics.

Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth He's just the equivalent of a seminar caller. He has a script and he won't deviate from it.

If we could put this into perspective. First. Ohio State AG is still considering whether or not to indict. Second. "GYM" Jordan should not even be considered. for Speaker. It has been 550+ days since the J-6 committee issued a subpoena to appear. "GYM" Jordan basically told J-6 to go pound salt. Third. The DOJ may issue a subpoena To "GYM". Reason? His direct involvement in helping Trump w/the Infamous insurrection. This is one of the reasons "GYM" did not want to appear in front J-6. Fourth. If anyone has had the opportunity to witness the Judiciary committee "GYM" Chairs. It's a bigger Circus than Barnum-Bailey. As a lawyer, "GYM" has very little experience. If memory serves. "GYM" is Physical Injury attorney. In another words an Ambulance Chaser. His knowledge of Constitutional Law is limited. Very limited. The day he decided to take his Jacket off in defiance of what who knows with "GYM". His credibility went out the window. He does not take his position seriously. At times he's caught acting like a spoiled child. Other times after making rulings "GYM" is caught laughing with others on the Right. He leaves hearings in the middle of debates leaving no one to take charge. I have witness the shenanigans on CSPAN. It's disastrous. To "GYM" everything is a joke. "GYM" Jordan is not qualified as Speaker of the House of Representative. The other candidate, Steve Scalise is more a moderate conservative. Steve has his faults as we all do. But Steve has in past worked with Dem's and Trump loyalists. Working with those people is hell. Steve should be given a medal. "GYM" is immature, a I don't care attitude, entitled, privilege, in other words a Male Karen. Steve Scalise is better of two evils.
