Good topic, Rick... These "Secret" watchlists may or may not be Unconstitutional depending on what the intent of them are! If it is to protect the Nation from Tyranny and Insurrection, then so be it... I would support it. If it is to restrict or take away 2nd Amendment rights (as an example), then it is Unconstitutional... and I would not support it...
