The Court's decision doesn't say that. It simply states that the states have authority under their police powers to protect the public health, including involuntary vaccination of citizens. As I understand it, the Emergency Use Authorizations approved by the FDA cover the legalities of using the current vaccines.

A few weeks ago my team at work and I saw a COVID-19 briefing by the Director of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, who is a COL in the Army Medical Corps and a physician. He stated unequivocally that the currently approved vaccines, including the Moderna and Pfizer messenger RNA vaccines, were over 90% effective and protected the recipient from COVID 19 and the UK, South African and Los Angeles variants. All of my physicians (internist, retinal specialist, cardiac surgeon, orthopedist and emergency specialist) strongly advised me to get the first vaccine I could obtain, so I did (Moderna). I have no reason to believe that these several doctors are giving me any bad advice, since they've been keeping me alive for the last decade.

MAJ Hugh Blanchard sir, I simply don't trust the vaccine. Without it tge survival factor was over 95% with the vaccine it is still not 100% so I will stay away from the shot. As for the question 9f what tge Neuremburg Cide is, well, I had to go look it up since I had never heard of it. But basically it was a reflex action taken just after WW2 when the Germans human experimentation trials came out into the light. The idea was to not tolerate experimenting with any vaccine on humans before being voted by proper and thorough testing. This becomes a critical factor in tge question of the Covid vaccine since it was not thoroughly tested before being released for use. In other words it is a directed vaccine trial using humans as the test subjects. Hope this helps.

First, I trust my doctors. They've been keeping me alive long before COVID 19 appeared, and I don't believe they are part of any "plot" to make me ill Second, over 4 million people have died worldwide from COVID 19 and its variants. This IS a lethal virus, especially for the elderly and for those with dangerous pre-existing conditions. Right now we are seeing a new surge in "Delta" variant cases among the unvaccinated, and thousands more are in hospital as a result.

I am very curious about the origins of COVID 19 which I believe originated in the Wuhan Virology Lab. I also believe that Dr. Anthony Fauci provided U.S. money to the Wuhan Lab for them to conduct "gain of function" research that may have made COVID 19 more lethal. So, yes, there is plenty of controversy and intrigue associated with this viral pandemic. But in the final analysis I trust my doctors and don't believe there is any sort of ongoing plot to harm us with these vaccines. Waiting for several years to develop a vaccine in the usual plodding way would probably have cost us several million more lives worldwide.

PO1 Robert P. - Yes, I agree, but this is an ongoing pandemic and is deadly to those who do not have any immunity... This is a respiratory virus, which effectively chokes the respiratory system, requiring a ventilator to breathe...if it is not too late, and one might make it, but the odds are against it depending on certain factors... The virus and its variants are spreading and those not vaccinated become the primary carriers of the virus, which in turn could infect those who have compromised immune systems and who have decided they will ride it out and not get vaccinated... I would rather live than die and expose others... As a responsible caregiver for my challenged sister, who lives in a group home, my wife and I were vaccinated at the VA, so we could visit with her periodically... I have power of attorney and take care of everything she requires to live a reasonable life... She survived Covid... Sometimes we have to do what is needed for others in addition to ourselves... I am one who would rather fight for our Country's freedom than die from a deadly virus... I understand you don't agree and that's okay...
