PO1 Tony Holland A very interesting approach to taming down China and Russia. But being a cold war Vet and a Vietnam Vet, I have some heartburn about providing Nuke Subs to Vietnam, after all she is still a communist country and I doubt they have thrown away the mantra which sings of the spread of Communism. Australia on the other hand would be a safe bet! And even New Zealand for that matter. As for who will scream, you can bet China AND Russia will scream bloody murder, as well as North Korea, As for Iran, they scream at anything now anyway! In any case much more needs to be studied before this step takes place! What are your thoughts on this MCPO Roger Collins?

A better approach might be to assist with the deployment of air-Independent submarines. Excellent for coastal security AND a threat to nuclear submarines. JMHO
