Sir I like this. But I'm cautious of it because what will be there to keep this from turning into the E1-E4 barracks, or a place to shack up other people? My second question is very valid when I knew people in the projects allowing boyfriends, girlfriends, friends, and whoever to stay with them. I want this to work, but not work in someone else's favor other than the vets
