Something smells fishy here, what kind of policy is this? I don't think most insurance policies have more than $10,000 in medical payments. Maybe a professional trucking company has a million-dollar liability so this doesn't seem right? I used to be an insurance adjuster preferred auto insurance company so this sounds fishy to me.

SPC David Willis just like there was a story a few days ago that Governor Newsom was throwing out the DUI of Nancy Pelosi's husband and I figured that story wasn't true. What is true is the local George Soros district attorney won't release the video of the sobriety test on mr. Pelosi. Thanks for backing me up. I was a material damage/ Automotive estimator and total loss specialist adjuster working for Mercury Insurance and Farmers Insurance in California and I thought medical payments would be pretty low so when I saw that figure, I called BS!

SPC David Willis I was thinking, if they had sex in the car and the car was parked, how is that insurance company liable for something they ensure did when the vehicle was not moving? It didn't strike a car or fixed object, it didn't catch on fire? So I can't see how the insurance company could even be involved even with messing around and giving her a disease. I think the story is bogus. What do you think?

LTC (Join to see) idk I saw it on multiple different news sites so there has to be some truth in it. Think it’s so strange it has to be true.

SPC David Willis this is the Twilight Zone. Then they're going to have to add a clause to the policy to prevent this loophole. I've never heard of such a crazy thing in my life! I need to find the case precedence.

Amazing, I was a claims representative for Farmers insurance. I too would have rejected the million dollar settlement.

If there's a payout usually it's policy limits of the policy in effect. I was trained in collision, liability and property...all three lines at Simi Valley for farmers. Even if she were injured in an accident, policy limits would be the maximum payout. I don't know how the judge can enforce it.
