I feel they are waging an ebb/flow type war. Draw forces in one direction and retake land previously lost.

SSG Edward Tilton - maybe because we were arming both sides for a time. I'm fully of the belief that its their civil war, let them fight it out. If they threaten us, then let them have it, but until then, we simply take a defensive stance for allies.
