Johnny Cash wouldn't be my choice, LTC Eugene Chu, but ultimately it's of little consequence in the overall scheme of things. In the not too distant future, it wouldn't surpise me if someone or some group will find that he did something offensive to them and his statue will be remove as well.

LTC Stephen C. I was Just thinking I don't Know of Any Other Military Cryptologic Technician with His Own Statue. Another Reason for Me to Like it.

As good a reason as any, PO1 William "Chip" Nagel. He was honorably discharged as a USAF staff sergeant, which is more than a lot did, famous or not.
Still not my choice for a statue in the U.S. Capitol.
If that’s the best Arkansas can come up with, who am I to argue? It doesn’t say much for Arkansas, though.

LTC Stephen C. - Well I Served on USS Arkansas CGN-41 but I'm Not Holding My Breath for a Statue of Me Showing Up Anywhere (That Would be Scary)
