LTC (Join to see) - on Manning, I honestly don't see him making it on his own for more than a year or two. Even though he has a commuted sentence, he was still be convicted as a felon and spent time in jail. All not really resume builders. He will wrangle for treatment of his gender issues, I doubt he will ever find a place where he is good with who he is....whatever that becomes. It will be tough existence for him.

LTC Jason Mackay - I have a transgender daughter that has substance abuse problems. We have a transgender CW3 here on RP who flies Apaches and this person has their act together. Down and depressed Manning could be the next Fentanyl victim or hang themselves over their demons. Unless they admit to their addictions or their issues like an AA or NA participant, Manning will be going in a downwards spiral. I don't see any pro-transgender group rehabilitate Manning. I see Manning going to be with other lowlifes and feel sorry for themselves and fall into the groupthink of 'poor-me' druggies and die. That is my feeling, Sir, based on my troubled step-daughter 19 yearteenager dropout druggie with a 9th grade education who still stays up all night and sleeps all day and wonders why she can't get a job!

LTC (Join to see) - Chief is the only transgendered person I know, nothing but respect there. Have been in several discussions where she has contributed. She has grit. Manning not so much.
