The history of the Justice Department speaks for itself. It was staffed by those who supported and upheld the direction of President Obama's Attorneys General, Holder and Lynch. President Trump is merely keeping his promise to "drain the swamp" and the Dept of Justice is one of its deepest and vilest parts.

Which begs the question: if they knew they were on the "chopping blocks", isn't it better they would leave on their own accord?, or is it better to be fired???? ( I guess they can get unemployment that way!!! ha ha ha )

PO2 Robert M. - Every person in the District of Calamity should submit a letter of resignation when the Administration changes and allow the President to keep those worth keeping

PO2 Robert M. - They were all given the option of resigning rather than being fired. All but one of them took it.

Not sure what you are asking, SOP with each administration. As I noted earlier, Clinton dumped 93 of these political appointees.
