Interesting idea that somebody actually believed that Los Angeles, CA traffic policies were supposed to reduce death [vehicular perhaps] since according to 2017 statistics [most recent]
Their Mobility Plan 2035 may well reduce death resulting from late arrival of EMT personnel, especially if more people emigrate and the federal government is successful in deporting illegal aliens with criminal records
1. "According to the report, the top 10 causes of death in the [Los Angeles] county in 2017 were coronary heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, lung cancer, pneumonia/influenza, colorectal cancer, liver disease/cirrhosis and hypertension." Vehicular death are way down the list.
