Military Habits That Does Not Translate Well In Civilian Setting - Thee Mint

Whomever wrote this is an idiot. This is only my opinion, of course. The part that irritates me the most is the last one, honesty. I don't give a shit whom, or what a person is, I'm going to tell them the truth as I see it, if they take offense to it, it is not my problem. It's not my fault if they can't handle the truth, tactfully given or otherwise. I understand that one should be tactful when dealing with over-sensitive civilians that need therapy because of words, but I can't weigh myself down with the burden of someone else's feelings when there is something much more important to be accomplished.
This article seems to have been written by someone that most likely has never actually served in the military and needs a safe space to cry when someone else is having a bad hair day. It seems as though they are over-sensitive, most likely because they were either an only child that got what they wanted (though they would never admit to being spoiled), or a middle/younger child that never got as much love and affection as their eldest sibling. Either way, someone else not being able to deal with reality is not MY problem.
