They made a big mistake during The search to keep mental cases like him in the Army when he should have been separated and basic training.

When I was disability retired the Army ignored my PTSD rating from the VA. They are supposed to use the same rating system. That halved my military retirement however it was offset by my VA compensation and I didn't get to collect it anyway. I filed an appeal with ABCMR but it was dismissed
